White Trash Dip

This recipe comes from My Kitchen Apron and it happens to be my mom’s favorite kind of dip. Check out their site as well as the recipe below:

What You’ll Need: 
1 can chili (15 oz)
2 packages cream cheese (8 oz ea), softened
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. bacon
4 green onions, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook bacon.  Crumble.
  3. Mix together chili, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions in a large bowl.
  4. Spread mixture into a pie pan.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  6. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  7. Serve with chips.
